ANGOLA, Ind. (WLKI)- The Steuben County Sheriff's Office reported three arrests Sunday involving an alleged protection-order violation, a suspended-driver accusation and a contempt-of-court warrant.
Courtney Davis, 32, of Fremont, was arrested by Angola Police on a Level 6 felony charge of invasion of privacy following an incident on Eyster Drive.
In Indiana, invasion of privacy can involve an alleged violation of a protective order, restraining order or other court order.
Toby Morris, 48, of Fremont, was arrested by the Steuben County Sheriff's Office on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.
Fernanda Tirador, 28, of Angola, was arrested on a criminal contempt of court warrant. Jail records listed a $2,505 surety bond in the case.
All charges and accusations are allegations. The defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
